PARKTOWN Residence is the residential component of a major integrated development at Tampines Avenue 11 and Tampines Street 62 in Tampines North. The development brings homes together with retail and community amenities and direct links to future public transport infrastructure.
The project remains under construction. ZR supplied the balcony glass only: 13.52 mm heat-strengthened laminated grey glass. The construction photographs on this page document the installed glass and the developing architectural context; railing framing, engineering and site installation are outside ZR’s supply scope.
